MyHPU Portal MyHPU Portal Missing Menu Items/QuickLaunch Icons
  • 8:00pm - We are experiencing technical difficulties with the Portal. Certain menu items are missing from the left navigation, as well as certain QuickLaunch items. ITS is working with our service provider to resolve the issue. Updates to follow.
  • 11:27pm - Support is still working on resolving the issue.
  • 1:52am - The issue with the missing menu items/QuickLaunch icons has been resolved. Further information will be made available once investigations into the root cause are complete.

Monday October 7th 2019

Blackboard Blackboard Unavailable - RESOLVED
  • 11:45am - Blackboard became inaccessible. We are currently working with their support to identify the problem. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time when service will be restored.
  • 12:45pm - Blackboard services are up and functional. There was an ongoing issue with the DNS which was causing service interruptions for multiple clients. Blackboard support was able to resolved the problem.
