3:59pm https://hpu.blackboard.com is showing a message "Scheduled Maintenance in Progress". and does not allow user to log on. This is a generic message indicating that the service is unavailable, and we have not scheduled any maintenance work at this time. We are currently contacting Blackboard to find out the cause of the outage, and an ETA on when the service will be restored.
4:19pm The Blackboard database is currently unavailable, and the Blackboard Managed Hosting Team is working on restoring it. There is no ETA at this time.
4:30pm The Blackboard Managed Hosting team has restored all Blackboard services.
