The Last Access Date is not updating for all Users. In the Grade Center and Performance Dashboard, one date is displayed, but does not reflect additional activities and actions that Users have performed. This behavior is sporadic, and can happen for any user in any course.
Update: Instructors should be checking course reports to pull this information, instead of the grade center center when effected by this issue.
This issue will be corrected with the next Blackboard update which is tentatively scheduled to happen by Q1 2018.
