12/07/2021 11:15am - Amazon Web Services (AWS) is currently experiencing technical difficulties and is affecting some of the services HPU provides. For more information about AWS status, visit https://status.aws.amazon.com/ . The following services are affected.
- Respondus Monitor/LockDown Browser only if exams are taken on Chromebook and iPad devices. Windows and macOS are not affected.
- TargetX Broadcast Email
- Maxient
- Blackboard Learn inline grading. More info https://status.blackboard.com/
- Blackboard Collaborate whiteboard and recording. More info https://status.blackboard.com/
- MyHPU Login: Users being redirected to the Account Recovery page.
