Aloha,
We are aware of an issue with logging into blackboard which causes an error message of “Access Denied”. We have identified the problem and have implemented a fix (Synchronized the affected servers).
If you continue to have issues logging into your classes or blackboard please do the following:
- Log out of blackboard and\campus pipeline. Then log back into the system.
- If this does not work then login with a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer).
- Log into Blackboard directly at: www.hpu.blackboard.com
- If none of the following works then please submit a work order to helpdesk@hpu.edu
