most recent content store is operating again, bi.hpu.edu server and audit DB is rebuilt.

At this time we know that one or combination of the following caused the major meltdown and service outage:
• Expired dispatcher or gateway component secure certificate (SSL)
• Windows Server Update/SQL Server update
• IBM Cognos software bug, corruption in the Content Store
• Rogue SQL query causing a crash in the Cognos Content Store
