General Network Services Network Outage

12:40pm update: All network resource availability have returned to normal. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the Help Desk at https://help.hpu.edu or Help@HPU.EDU.


At approximately 7:00 am, we began to encounter network issues which affected some phones, desktops, and VDI clients. We have identified the issue. In order to resolve this, there will be a temporary outage of network resources during lunchtime TODAY. Beginning at 12:15 PM, the outage is expected to last 30 minutes. PLEASE make sure to save all of your work prior to 12:15 PM today.
