Virtual Desktops VDI Service Interruption

  • 01/25/2023 2015 - The failed battery module has been replaced successfully, and all VDIs are operational again.

  • 01/25/2023 1700 - Failed parts have been replaced. VDI functionality is being verified,

  • 01/25/2023 1115 - Cisco phone services have been restore. VDI Infrastructure repairs ongoing.

  • 01/25/2023 1044 - Failed battery module identified. Replacement parts located and being dispatched to the data center. Cisco phone also identified as being disrupted by the current outage.

  • 01/25/2023 0720 - Continuing to work with vendor bring services online.

  • 01/25/2023 0430 - VDI management servers we affected by the power problem. Working with vendor to bring services back online.

  • 01/25/2023 0100 - Faulty Power Distribution Unit Replaced. Bringing up VDIs.

  • 01/24/2023 1915 - Restoring Power to affected servers.

  • 01/24/2023 1745 - Power Distribution Unit (PDU) in data center in partial error state

  • 01/24/2023 1715 - reports received of inaccessible VDIs
