1:00am HST - Emergency maintenance to the network infrastructure has been completed and all services have been restored.
8:20pm HST - Our Internet Service Provider has identified the problem with their network infrastructure. They are now performing emergency maintenance to address the issue and it is estimated that it will take 1-3 hours to complete. We will provide more updates as the maintenance work progresses.
6:00pm HST - we received reports that Internet connection to our data center became unresponsive, causing service interruption to on-campus Internet access, as well as off-campus access to virtual desktops via cloud.hpu.edu and other on-campus resources. Our technicians are assessing the situation and working with our Internet Service Provider to troubleshoot the issues.
