At this time we know that one or combination of the following caused the major meltdown and service outage: • Expired dispatcher or gateway component secure certificate (SSL) • Windows Server Update/SQL Server update • IBM Cognos software bug, corruption in the Content Store • Rogue SQL query causing a crash in the Cognos Content Store
